the problem is the movie's plot is contrived and that's OK they are all like that but then they add these details they refute moments later and nothing the characters do makes any sense, they want it to have twists or surprises but they don't come out of the logical progression of the story, they can't even create cool moments without digging deeply into the nostalgia vein and then it's so forced they actually break the 4th wall by making fun of themselves for doing it then do it again anyway
