Monarchy:
+future of your country bound to the future of your whole bloodline (=> long term thinking. stable and thriving country. )
+fuck up and get killed (also your children)
+competent ruler who was taught how to rule from birth

Democracy:
-short term leader
-short term thinking
-corrupt leader (get as much money from your position as possible and then leave the sinking ship)
-fuck up and you don't get reelected (so absolutely no consequences if there are term limits anyways)
-leader has no idea of ruling but won some random popularity contest
-necessary, but unpopular policies impossible
