The fact that he has another portion that seems to come from Asia, along with some unassigned - and all of this is on the exact same chromosome - entails that one of his parents had a very interesting history related to their 18th chromosome.
He's probably 0% black and 0% Asian, and a little bit of something else that science has never heard of - which is why it's unassigned. It may well be his personal family mutations.
