I’m 6’2” 235lbs but 58% body fat.
I’m looking for a Tyler Durden shaped body. Will loosing just fat get me there or so I half to lift a lot too?
I can bench two plates for 10 reps already so I don’t think it’s a matter of raw strength. Still, that’s not even half my body weight.
