And it depends on where you are. I mean, I live in a city with a high Latino population (Dalton, GA) but everyone here gets along and it's pretty great imo. A few fabricated homes here and there, but it's not really noticeable, and people here are super friendly. Feels this way for all of North Georgia, Tennessee, and SC as far as I can tell.
