I could see private trackers taking issue with such a board too, they quite like their accounts and having having everything traceable down to the megabyte. but at the end of the day they would hold no authority over the board and there would be little, if anything, they could do about it.
I see a filesharing board becoming more and more useful, especially with tech like IPFS on the horizon.
