>>3454547Not trolling. I spoke to my son's teacher and she's frustrated with the sytem because they're forced to teach "Concepts of Addition" which eats up most of their lessons. Instead of multiplying 9 X 3, they teach to add 9 three times. Instead of teaching subtraction, like 124-20=104, they teach to add groups of numbers starting at 20 until they reach 124. It's sickening. At least he can read very well and so can my 5 year old boy. They haven't brought in shit-tier concepts like "word recognition" learning, like they have in other school districts. Those poor fucking kids can't sound out a word that they don't recognize.
