I'm trying perma-nofap and it works pretty well, but now I have nightly emissions again, about once a month.

They are always accompagnied with intense sexual dreams, but these things are never pleasant. They are either really filthy and/or scary. It's not funny, I fell disgusting and violated when I wake up like that and I have to go clean myself immediately. I wonder if it is because I am corrupted, I wish I hadn't seen so much filth in my life.
