I know this isn't a playstyle, but replace all of the overworld tracks with loud nigra and then around 10 minutes of silence. Make sure loud nigra is super echo-y and reverb'd so it sounds like he's far away.

10 minutes of normal, calm Skyrim ambiance occasionally interrupted by a distant loud nigra.

combined with stealh bow

you summon fammiliar hid and snipe from afar

can use calm spell to get away if enemies spot you

Okay, for starters.
DON'T play warrior.
You could go for a spell+dagger rogue
So sneak, illusion, alteration, one-handed, light armor, maybe destruction, and thieving skills of your choice. And archery can be helpful, if you're not into meele, or you wanna expand.
Also use mods
Use Ordinator.
Do it.

Yeah, don't pley necro without 50 necromancer mods.
Necromancy in vanilla skyrim sucks balls, unless you can have an unlimited supply of dead bodies every 2 minutes.
