Texas has simply resisted a lot of the vote farms better than some of the other states. The images Bong posted should illustrate that it's not by much, though.
If you live in Texas, you can see the discrepancy between what the images say and your interactions and deduce that it's the exact same for the rest of the south. The US government has planted seeds of idiocy and has cultivated them in the inner cities. It's not the people of the south, but the northern crops that are to blame.
