Something and nothing are subjective. There's no such thing as doing nothing and doing something doesn't always mean you're going to get recognition.

I don't think it's just nothing after this. 99% of physics you can't see with your own eyes, there's scientists proving tubules that are connected to our body in a cosmic way and there's been studies that prove that the mind is still active hours after death. It seems to me that death is merely a time between.
It's anecdotal but there was KGB footage of a captured alien being interrogated. He said death is a human construct that is nothing more than the point between lives for we have lived, always will live and always have lived.
I don't subscribe to death being the end. Merely another journey.

Why an "end" has to be something sad or bad? Even life wouldn't be this satisfying if we were inmortal. It's the way you see this "end" the key factor here. Remember, life and death are not fighting each other, they are just two sides of the same coin. Cyclically.
