Let me explain for newfriends:
>open maze in proper image editing software
>set text color to white and opacity to lile 1%
>type text in
>make sure to compress image as little as possible to preserve the subtlety (hence the .png format)
>newfriend opens in MS Paint
>uses fill tool
>MS Paint doesn't have fill threshold settings, fills a color and ONLY that color
>text magically appears
That's how I'd do it anyway.
