I have schizoaffective bipolar type and I'm two days off my meds due to a horrible stomach bug that makes me vomit them up.

It's pretty severe psychosis with moderate auditory and minor visual hallucinations, plus quickly cycling (two or three days) bouts of mania or depression. Sometimes no mania or depression, but always psychosis. I'm very functional on meds though, three A's and a B in college last semester, plus I'm the president of an organization. I'm pretty rare though from what I hear

Those made me suuuuuuper tired, I switched to zyprexa which made me a pissed off cunt then to latuda, which I'm on now. It's utter hell if you don't sleep 8-10 hours after but there are no side effects during the day otherwise which is a godsend for me. Also on lamotragine which has no dude effects for me at mood stabilizer doses. Hope you're doing well with it!
