Take some aspirin if it won't fuck with any other medications you take.

I've been getting migraines since I was little and the only thing that ends up working for me is like 5 of the 350mg aspirin tablets and some coffee.

Heavy pain killers make me sick and and some mess with my blood pressure and I pass out. Never had tramadol though.
