cleaner, all night shift.
weird feels that night, but nothing weird happens.. except one of the younger schizophrenics in agitated all night because he ran out of smokes.
morning comes and every branch of every tree has a raven in it, which is weird.. they never roost here.
a week later i find out one of the quiet ladies up on top floor was found dead by the next shift manager. hung herself somehow on her door handle...
she planned it too, she asked for all her meds earlier the day before saying she was heading out to stay at a friends for the night.
she didn't want to be interrupted or bothered.
she was always up early for coffee, always seemed to be more mentally stable then most residents.
maybe she knew she was going to be there till the end and wanted to go out on her own terms.
it was unsettling walking by her door for weeks after..
its a really strange feeling.
