How the fuck are you supposed to clean your ears?
I don't understand. People say that pic related is bad and they should be used to clean just the outer region of the ear, blah, blah.
So I just sprayed water in my ear during shower and occasionally cleaned it with my fingers, you know get that nasty earshit out under my nail.
The other day i pushed my finger inside, wiggled it a bit, scratched it a bit aaand my right ear is fucked. It feels funny and everything is quieter than it was before.
I'm going crazy. I'm constantly scratching and trying to get that mucus out. It's starting to feel hot too.
