Sadly, I am only good at marketing and the business part. I lack the manufacturing skills. Getting those requires some serious time, effort and funds.

You also should not lift their arms above their heads. The material under their arms might tear. Another weakpoint is the area between their genitals and their legs. It rips if you do not reapply mineral oil now and then.
The TPE material that many dolls are made of needs oils to be flexible, and becomes brittle after some time. It just dries up. Therefore some maintenance is required.
Silicon on the other hand is more sturdy, but not as soft and more expensive than TPE.
