Ok so I might need some help here; I was just in my new apartment inspecting everything to make sure nothing was looking out of place. I went to look in the master bedroom and I notice some weird yellowish tan shit coming from one of the outlet covers. At first, I assume it was paint, but didn't really feel anything. I looked at it further to find anything suspicious about it (rather it was either the cover or the outlet itself). Should I look at it further so I can get my (shitty) maintenance to look at it, or should I just replace the outlet cover (if it's just that)?
