Bad excuses mostly. She'd generally also say "we'll meet up tomorrow I promise" but then that'd repeat sometimes 2-3 times a week. She started getting mad when I tried to talk to her about it and tried to blame PTSD as if that made her sit on her ass and watch game of thrones instead of even letting me know ahead of time she couldn't make it.
I finally got her to talk to me about it and she flat out said she wasn't going to change so I dumped her.
