Nice. I was playing it and following a walkthrough, and using the unlimited souls cheat, and realized I was defeating the whole purpose, and ended up killing all the NPCs, then put my ps3 away.
At least I finished DeS like a good boy.

I personally liked DeS more just because it wasn't open world, the boss fight with Maiden Astraea, and was more grimdark. Both games are great, though.

I've only beaten DS1 so far but I loved it, easily one of my top 3 games of all time, and honestly it probably deserves a spot in whatever "game hall of fame" exists. It's just purely amazing at what it sets out to do.

I want to play DeS, then DS2, then BB, then DS3 in that order, and hopefully the rumors about BB2 are true.
