How do you survive without high quality poutine?

What'sit like seeing Mexicans on a regular basis? I've literally never seen a Mexican until I've been to America

I can only answer for the south, I've never been north of Virginia. Brooklyn has a stereotype about being angry though, and the north at large. Hopefully someone else can answer your questions better.
