When Native Americans and Native Australians were the majority in their respecitve home, they were the owners, but that's not the case anymore.
Now the descendants of the colonialists are the majority of the people of America/Australia, who are the owners.
The right of conquest is worth as much as the right of inheritance.
If someone can take and hold a land, they'll do it.
There's no natural right to a land, such things are everchanging.
Kaliningrad belongs to Russia, East Prussia and North Silesia belongs to Poland, South Silesia belongs to the Czech republic, the Memelland belongs to Lithuania and the Alsace-Lorraine belongs to France.
Germany is in no way a rightful owner of those territories, we lost them, they're not ours anymore and we don't have a claim on it.
Palestine lost what is now Israel, Israel is the owner of their land and even though they're assholes, it's theirs.
