Former can be done by one person, maybe with a person or two to check it and for the latter, it shouldn't be that hard to find such people online, even here. Editing mouths isn't really necessary, dubs usually are just that, dubs, editing the video isn't required. It adds a ton of additional work for little gain. You are right in that doing the whole season would be a challenge, although it would likely get more and more boring each ep, so just one or three would be ok with me.
Maybe there are like two poledubbed shows, I haven't seen any though. Dunno why you want to find any, but roll with it.
