Successful general thread: Only one anime thread in the catalog.
No general thread: At least 20-30 anime threads in the catalog at all times.
It enables more coherent discussion of anim-... oh wait who am I trying to fool. People rarely discuss anime, they just post cute pictures and LARP as faggots.
