I know some wigger types from where I grew up, some turned out to be decent normal people, others have been in and out of jail for theft and dealing and stuff. I remember in highschool older guys in their 20s/30s would try to pick up highschool aged girls with booze and stuff, this happened regularly at our beach and stuff. The town they were shooting in is more affluent though, not sure why they chose there. There's just scummy people around, I'm not sure if my area is any worse than any other suburban area though.
