I am 21 now and when I look at my pictures from when I was 16-17 I can see some really big differences, mostly losing fat in my cheeks and my face getting sharper contours.
Also, I can see that Irene got the double eyelid surgery, but she was pretty even before that and it is more of a preference thing rather than being "objectively better".
