This here is the Peterborough strangler who gained mass notoriety in 2005 when he was responsible for the murder by asphyxiation of 7 children aged 4 to 11 in the town of Peterborough and the surrounding areas.
He was caught after his DNA was recorded in connection to an assault charge and was then connected to the murders. He served 7 years of his 5 life sentences before being found strangled by other inmates in his cell during the night.
