>>3660061not seeing it, guess i'm just too pure
>>3660060you can pick the topic but by the end of uni i was completely turned off on the degree and everything felt like a useless chore. i did the legwork and read up on the topic but when it came time to put this stuff on paper i just couldn't be bothered. i fucked up when making my choice in major when i was 18 and picked out a useless (in terms of applicability) degree - balkan history and balkan languages.
i was already working at the same company i work at right now so my diploma was trivial to me and it was just something hanging over my head. it felt great to have that burden taken off and for me to be free to move on with my life and work. and i didn't have to worry that i'd only have a high school diploma in the future.
if i could go back to when i was 18, i would have picked a different degree. but if i could go back to when i was 22, i would have still made the choice to have my classmate write my thesis.
