They don't have to be anywhere near smart enough or even "trying" to find it, there are shitloads of programs and even the search indexing built into windows that they could easily stumble onto accidentally and bam, sexy naked Japanese girls all over the screen.
I'd do at least something to hide them from windows, disable indexing in that folder, or use 7zip to stick them in a zip file with a password using just "store" mode (no compression)
