There are vegan restaurants and supermarkets in every major city, there are vegan meat substitutes in every normal supermarket, when I first got to my old high school (Can't find a better term for that) there was a meat-free day every week, though they stopped after a few years because nobody wanted that.
Shit, if a product is vegan, there will probably be a "100% vegan" label on it, even if that's obvious. (Vegan salt and sugar, Vegan juice, Vegan bread, I've even seen a vegan fucking vacuum cleaner once, yeah, no shit, of course it's vegan)
Veganism is unfortunately very popular in germany, it seems.
