I'm definitely ass burgers / "on the spectrum" as they say now, but I also have much more severe (diagnosed) mental health problems and so the 'tism has flown under the radar, I don't bother to mention it to my psychiatrists because it's a relatively minor degree of it and I have "real" problems to deal with.
