>>3690917So you do prep? I don't have to worry about mixing dough and cutting some of the toppings, I just stock up the station, make the pizzas, and clean up if I'm closing. Pounding out the dough is fun though. I don't have to worry about garlic bread unless I'm on salad/deserts (one station that also handles some apps).
