>>3692875We had nukes on board aircraft carriers stationed off of Vietnam during the war but our government was saving them in case of an official Chinese entry to the Vietnam war,we had like 20 drop bomb nukes that could be fitted to bombers launched from our carriers. Same thing happened in Korea, we had a bunch of nukes ready to be used against the Chinese and NK troops but we saving them for an official USSR entry to the Korean war, which thankfully never happened because if it did the Korean war would have escalated into WW3.
