Good overall.
Hated the excessive fanservice and how pointless the final two episodes were since the movie gave an actual proper ending, but it’s still a treat to watch.

The movie is fine on its own, but it's made very good only as a continuation of the show. The anime + EoE together are incredible, though.

In all seriousness it's a 7/10 or 8/10 series carried by one of the best animated movies of all time.
Eva's originality and groundbreaking status is overblown. Anno copied Tomino's stuff and Nagai's stuff with Eva.
