The reason why so many gays get to work abroad is because they work harder than straight Filipinos. Personally I don't know why that is but most gay guys I know were honor students. I feel the Filipino gay is also an over achiever and the type of person that craves attention.
That why we got the "pinoy pride" and "most powerful race" meme, which I absolutely hate.
Right know I'm just finishing up my 2 years of work experience so I can also work in Canada.
