As a result construction work is pretty cost efficient. They live far from the city and don't really bother anyone but somehow they're still considered a disturbance because a little over a decade ago one of our presidents decided "what's best than to blame everything that's wrong with our country on the immigrants". Now they're all getting deported. All the while the country's still going down the shitter.
