>>3730706I don't think English differates Russians as in people from Russia and Russians as in people from Rus, but yeah, those are different. I believe you call their language (I mean, people of the old Rus'es) Ruthenian or something, it's the ancestor of Belarusian, Ukrainian. Those Russians were the peoples that lived in the Eastern parts of Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. "Belarus" literally means "White Rus".
