Authoritarianism shouldn't make a distinction between the "ruling class" and the rest of the population. They're one in the same if done right which is not enabling class warfare. So long as someone says that the classes are different and the economic policies of the state separate them we will have the notion of class warfare.
Now say that you had a government that can interfere in your life, has an elected established leader, uses the power of the state to force citizens to take care of each other regardless of income and still established free enterprise into their doctrine we would have something I could get behind.
Unfortunately I'm not a political dreamer I'm a political realist. I think of ways to fix the system at hand while retaining the way it works. IE I think of ways to fix the American system in a way that appeases both sides.
