Yeah, I was going to say I don't know anyone else that got their glasses covered by the gov, but glasses seem to be pretty cheap here if it cost $1000 for a single pair in America. I think it's like $160 for a pair of run-of-the-mill glasses in my city.

This OP. Some frames become really cheap (and some not covered at all), but typically healthcare pays for the lenses.

Fun fact: the frames are usually higher cost than the actual lenses.
