Here man, this is what I had to eat yesterday:
Breakfast - Eggs, Sausage patty, Potato
Lunch - Turkey sandwich with tomato, lettuce, cucumber, and dressing. Also had some apple slices
Dinner/Supper - Po boy sandwich from Bill Miller's with sweet tea and fries.
I'm 6'1 (185cm) and weigh ~180lb (~81.6kg)
