I jump into conversations other people are having if I know even a thing, one thing, about what's being said. I also slip out of conversations just as fast if I can't think of anything else to say. I do that because I'm afraid to ask questions since my knowing things is the only reason I'm talking to them.

Who else here compensates for their lack of social knowledge with facts on subjects they don't understand?
