Most uniforms are blue, but the bavarians stick to the green uniform and cars and the riot gear is black.
The cars are pretty much exclusively german tho, mostly VW or Opel, sometimes BMW, Audi or Mercedes, but that, too, depends on the state, Lower Saxony has pretty much only VW.
