Lots of meat, but the younger generations are getting more and more fond of veggie dishes.

But yeah, I think most of it is at least partially meat based

Caviar tastes fishy and salty and has a really nice texture to it.
Vodka depends on the quality, good vodka tastes almost like nothing, bad vodka burns.

Quark is a dairy product somewhat similar to yogurt, but thicker, dryer and a little bit sour.
We mostly season it with herbs, salt and pepper to eat with oven potatoes or we put it on bread and plum jam on top.

I can recommend this one.
But be careful, there are two plants that make this vodka. Only one of them makes the good vodka. However, if you buy it in a big store, you're likely to get the good one.
