As for the second question, our police are underpaid and our border defense are ironically mostly at base instead of being garrisonned at borders. We have patrol ships but... illegal immigration got so bad here for a reason. It's pretty easy to smuggle and hide contraband, but the other people here are too small minded to comprehend the possible danger. Me, my stockpile was just makeshift shit. Like, fertilizer bombs and whatnot. It was the shrapnel that made most of my stuff dangerous. I also had shit like knives made of soda cans with a ring on the handle so that i could tie it to my arm when I was wearing sleeves, and sharpened plastic knives. I used to plot and plot and plot...but I was too softhearted to do anything. Coming on 4chan helped me because I was able to see that, even though they may be pitiful, there are beings on this earth that may be worth saving; minds with potential. I got rid of all of my stuff, and left that behind me.
