It's just what happens when you get older, anon. Once the years start to be indistinguishable from each other and nothing is new or exciting anymore life can seem bleak. For me it started at about 2014, and I just recently realized that it won't get much better, if at all.

I don’t know. Maybe it’s a generational thing, there are a few that think everything went down the shitter around 06-07 and then the 90s then the 80s and so on, or you could be right. I don’t know either way

idk how old you are, I'm guessing late teens early 20s like most people on 4chan these days, but I think most "older" people like myself that were already grown up when it happened feel that way about pre-9/11 and the 90s especially.
