How come when evolution was happening one worm became bug/spiders/crabs and the other went on to become fish and mammals?
Is there a possibility of crabs becoming the super smart species of their evolution line?

Do you know how natural selection works?
Every time organisms reproduce, they have to make more copies of the DNA for the new cells.
DNA replication/recombination is not perfect, and small mistakes (mutations) are made.
Mutations affect the way the mutated gene is expressed, changing the protein slightly.
This different protein may give the organism an advantage or disadvantage, making it easier or harder to have offspring.
Over generations, mutations that give more competitive organisms pile up because they can keep having kids.
So one population of those worms got the mutations that set them towards arthropods, another population got mutations that set them towards chordates, etc.
Multiply by billions of years and much geographical interference & chance.

Evolution, or macro evolution, is one species becoming more complex over time which is impossible.
What happens, tardo, is things get more dysfunctional and sick as time goes on. Happen to everything with a DNA inccluding bacteria that go extinct due to the accumulation of mutations.

Mutations also do not change GENE EXPRESSION tardo but it changes protein structure

They've had pretty stable body plan for a long time, but crab populations could continue to develop mutations that improve their hardiness, life span, speed, intelligence, etc.
Perhaps certain species will become more dominant over others in terms of being able to capture & use the most resources. Maybe one part of the world will be become a genetic crucible for producing supercrabs. Mantis shrimp are pretty sick.

A mutation affects that gene, ergo that organism that expresses it. But only because it was originally created in that organism (mutation in S phase of dividing bacteria or in gamete from parent). After many generations, advantageous mutations add up. You keep whatever your parents gave you, plus if you create mutations in your gametes, that's what your kids will get.

You could have a series of mutations over time in some insect population that increase its intelligence. I don't know all the elements of sensory/neuron cells in arthropods that would need to change, but you could have an accumulation of effects that result in increased number of neurons, or sensitivity to nuerotransmitters or something. They're pretty stable already so it's hard to predict what would happen to push them to a new level of intelligence

That isn't what "macro" evolution is, though. It's just one species changing depending on the environmental and genetic pressures put on it, until you get to a point where you can say this generation is different to another hundreds of generations ago.

Many of them are already "super smart". For them to be smarter, would require selective pressures that favor even smarter individuals. No selective pressure promoting increased smartness = no increase in smartness. In humans and dolphins, that pressure is mostly social. Sad to say, but a good chunk of our smarts up to the normie level are all about gossip and mapping out social networks. No, it is the coded process of building these protein structures.
But your DNA cannot control the environment in which these proteins react. If your environment (including what you eat/drink/smoke) involves taking in molecules that intercalate, denature, inhibit, or otherwise bind to DNA/enzymes or change the surrounding cytosol such that it affects enzymatic action, you could suffer failures of the cellular machinery to complete it's function and properly replicate your DNA. But you don't know where all of these obstructive molecules will be at any time.

DNA is memory, and the non-coding DNA does have many regulatory functions of when what genes are expressed throughout your development and lifetime.
But you can't possibly control all the factors during replication, transcription, translation, and all the molecules that will make it into your cells.

Not an argument. Epigenetics are another story. Sure, we have an incomplete understanding of brain function and neurology and it's possible that behaviors are affected through genetic means. But my explanation of the integration of foreign molecules into the cells (we're not a closed system) is still pertinent, in that there are too many effects and times that the created protein structures or DNA may interact with objects that impair their original function.
You have yet to provide an example of any possible force that could control all possible interactions that cause a DNA Polymerase to put 1 wrong nitrogenous base into a new DNA strand.
