I completed Mogeko Castle last time I said I would do it in one go something like 4 hours.

You have to have an open mind what you are seeing in the game, try to "explore" the dreams and think about the meaning behind it.
The minimalistic OST and worlds you go through can put you maybe in a trance and are calmly or rather comfy heh.
And if you don't know how to get all the effects and this is the only real goal in this game you can still check an online guide and experience the game in a rush if you don't like the design and genre at all.
