Facts about Onychophora:
1) When first described by Lansdown Guilding in 1826, they were thought to be Mollusca, but it was later concluded they were too superior to belong in that phylum.
2) They spit superglue to catch their prey, using slow muscle contraction and geometric amplification to shoot it at up to 5 m/s.
3) To shoot their glue they use their Papillae, heavily modified limbs with a syringe-like system and an opening of 50 to 200 microns located under their antennae.
4) They move both legs in a pair simultaneously, and are equipped with claws they use when moving on rough terrain, when moving through softer land they use soft cushions located on the bottom of their feet.
5) THE BEST PHYLUM.
