>>3827314If you go to the right places the "mutt" meme will be true. Here in rural Pennsylvania, finding a black man is once in a year. In Georgia, though, they fill up the poorer parts of the city to no end, and there's plenty of race mixing. So yeah you'll find half-whites to be very common in the right places. You still wouldn't go a day without seeing a full-blooded white man in most any state, though.
