>>3830916thats part of it, but from my expierences in the public school system, i have a theory. they don't like fightings or disruptions. that allows for people to be passive agressive little fucks and not get in trouble and the targets of this are just forced to take it. As long as the general peace is kept, and no fighting or shouting is happening, teachers don't give a shit about it. Kids generally hate being snitches too. so it basically ends up making kids resentful to their classmates and teachers because they aren't allowed to do anything about the bullying they are recieving. 20 years ago the kid would just punch their bullies, but they can't anymore. i dont know if im making sense but that's sort of my theory why this is more common than it should be
